- Weather is unknown so bring clothes for both warm and cool weather (including raingear,fleece clothing,hooded sweatshirts,light-weight long underwear,wool & cotton socks,shorts,t-shirts etc.).
- Baseball Cap
- Flip flop sandals or slippers for inside the lodge
- Personal toiletries/medicines
- Alcohol/tobacco
- Desired snacks
- Cash (gratuities)
- Fishing license (can be purchased at Rust's Flying Service)
- Fish box or insulated cooler (see below for more info.)
Remember to travel light! When traveling by float plane, baggage space is limited so avoid hard suitcases and bring only duffel bags for your trip to the lodge. Allow a few extra hours in Anchorage prior to departure into Lake Creek, to stop by a local grocery store and purchase a "fish box". Fish boxes are a very inexpensive way to transport fish. You can leave your fish box at Rust's Flying Service so it will be awaiting your arrival back into Anchorage.
